1.1. A reservation is considered confirmed when the client receives written confirmation (via email, WhatsApp, or SMS) from MauHotel and, if applicable, pays a deposit of the total price of the reserved services.

1.2. Confirmation of the reservation automatically implies acceptance of this policy and MauHotel’s General Boarding and Reservation Conditions. prezentei politici și a Condițiilor generale de cazare și rezervare MauHotel.

2.1. The client has the right to cancel a reservation under the following conditions:

• Cancellation of a paid reservation is free of charge if done at least 7 days before the start of boarding. Refunds are issued only if this condition is met.
  Cancellation less than 7 days before boarding requires payment of the entire stay (or only the first 7 days if the stay is longer).
  Exceptions apply to busy periods (Easter, Christmas, New Year, summer or winter holidays), when prepayments are non-refundable.
  The boarding fee is non-transferable and cannot be used for another cat.

2.2. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email: contact@mauhotel.ro or via WhatsApp at +40 730 015 976.

2.3. In case of no-show on the reserved day without prior notice, it will be considered unilateral cancellationand payments made will not be refunded.

3.1 The client may request a one-time rescheduling of the boarding period, subject to space availability, without penalty, if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the original arrival date.

3.2. Rescheduling is confirmed only after receiving written agreement from MauHotel.

4.1. MauHotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the following situations:

• Force majeure events (earthquake, fire, pandemic, major damages, etc.)
• Temporary inability to use the boarding facilities
• Violation of boarding terms and conditions by the client

4.2. In such cases, MauHotel will inform the client as soon as possible and refund any prepayments in full, with no additional obligations.

5.1. In eligible cases, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days from the cancellation confirmation, via bank transfer, provided the client supplies their IBAN to MauHotel.

5.2. Any bank transfer fees are borne by the client unless otherwise specified.

6.1. Failure to appear on the reserved day without prior notice results in the total loss of the deposit and automatic cancellation of the reservation.

6.2. MauHotel is not obligated to hold the boarding spot for a later date without an agreed rescheduling.
