We left our cat at this cat hotel for two weeks and were extremely thrilled with the experience! Just WOW!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🥰🥰 We received daily pictures and videos, which gave us peace of mind and showed us how well she was being looked after. Communication with the lady was excellent—it's clear that she does everything with love and dedication. Our cat adapted quickly and felt at home, thanks to the attention and care she received. The space is very clean, well-organized, with many accessories and toys available to keep them busy and happy 😊 It doesn't smell, it is impeccably maintained!! and the atmosphere is pleasant and calming. We were honestly very impressed by the professionalism and warmth with which our cat was treated and we will definitely return without any hesitation. We have complete confidence in this place—everything is superlative! I highly recommend it to all cat lovers looking for a safe and welcoming place for their furry friends.

If our kittens could express the joy and gratitude they felt at Mau Hotel, I am absolutely convinced they would! But since it's a bit difficult for them to find the words :), I will speak on their behalf. We left three kittens in this warm and friendly place: one tomcat... who is less sociable, and 2 other siblings who had never left the place where they were born. Irina and Ciprian offered the kittens the love and care they feel at their own home, making them feel comfortable quickly in the new environment. In just 2 days, they even charmed our feared tomcat, who didn't miss any opportunity for affection and spoiling received from these two people who work wonders for the kittens we don't always manage to take with us on trips. For me, it was an extraordinary surprise to find that this is not just a business; it is a place where animals are carefully looked after and loved. Moreover, they are given the opportunity to explore the space every day (in other boarding centres, they were not taken out of their cages for the entire period). We were informed and delighted daily with photos, videos, and funny stories about the fun at Mau Hotel, which slightly eased our longing for them. Thank you for loving our pets when we had to leave them for a short time! We will return to you every time with great joy! I am convinced the kittens will quickly remember the place where they were cherished and spoiled. ❤️🌹

Missy spent her 10-day Christmas vacation at Mau Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it ♥️ Iri and Ciprian took great care of her, spoiled her, and catered to all her whims! And when she returned home, Missy settled back in immediately, a sign that she was treated with the same affection at Mau Hotel as she is at home! 😍 And at the same time, we were able to enjoy our own vacation because we knew Missy was in good hands and we didn't worry about her at all 🫠

Mau Hotel will definitely become 'the 2nd house' for Missy when we go on vacation, as the conditions under which the kittens are cared for were far beyond expectations: super clean, spacious and super cute furnished capsules, a rigorous cleaning schedule, toys and all the necessary comfort for the kittens, the strictness with which kittens are received (vaccination + deworming), a daily individual playtime schedule, but especially the affection with which Iri and Ciprian care for them! 🥰🥰🥰
And besides all this, the delightful messages and photos received daily from Iri, in which she told us in detail about Missy's day, how she adapted to the hotel, and how she interacted with them or with the other kittens, gave us even more confidence ♥️♥️♥️

MAU Hotel, an oasis of happiness for your cat. With a good location in the north of the Capital, the setting is dreamy. This is because it features spacious cabins, specially equipped with everything needed for the precious felines to enjoy every comfort during our absence. It benefits from sufficient indoor (cabin) and outdoor space, both for rest and for play. Everything is made possible by the kindness and care of Irina and Ciprian, the wonderful hosts, who will give your animal the love and attention it needs. Furthermore, they will keep you updated daily on your animal's status, including photos and videos. As a pet owner who has boarded cats at other guesthouses over time, only at MAU did I find everything I wanted for my cat. It is the only place where I did not have to worry about her.
